Ted Crain moved his family to East Tennessee in 1997 after spending most of his life in the Ft. Myers, Florida area. After two visits he decided that the Blount County area was where he wanted to finish raising his children.
Ted operated a commercial landscape maintenance business for nearly 20 years before beginning his real estate career. In Florida, he worked extensively with numerous property managers on a daily basis.
 Ted's philosophy remains the same as a real estate professional. He believes his clients deserve nothing less than his best effort. He is committed to follow through and follow up in all of his dealings with his clients.
